Shipping Policy

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

  • Standard US shipping — 3–5 business days — $4.95, free on orders over $25
  • Expedited US shipping — 2–3 business days — calculated at checkout

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. During promotional periods and holidays, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Order tracking

Once shipped, your tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us at support@miraclecareproducts.com within 7 days and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
